摘要
Abstract
objective To compare the efficacy of micro-vasovasostomy and traditional vasovasostomy and evaluate the pregnancy rate and complications. Methods The clinical data of 39 cases patients underwent microsurgery (observation group) and 55 cases with traditional treatment (control group) were analyzed retrospectively. Results After being followed up for 18 months,there were 30 cases of pregnancy (54. 5% ) in control group and 34 cases of pregnancy in observation group(87. 2% ). It showed a signifacantly difference between the two groups. Conclusion The micro-vasovasostomy is a feasible method with low complication to increase pregnancy rate.关键词
