Abstract
Objective: To examine whether bystander's non-verbal cues impact preschoolers' selective trust Methods: 83 preschoolers aged 4 to 6 participated in the paradigm of objects labeling task. Results: Preschool children of all the age groups preferred to trust the accurate informant; preschoolers mostly agreed with the informant who received bystander's assent; the impact of bystander's non-verbal cues was different among three age groups, 5 year-olds preferred to the informant who received bystander's assent more than the other two age groups. Conclusion: Bystander's nonverbal cues can impact preschoolers' selective trust.关键词
