团体心理干预对大学生自我效能、自我接纳影响的研究
Group Psychological Intervention's Effect on Self-efficacy and Self-acceptance of University Students
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of group psychological intervention on Self-efficacy and Self-acceptance of university students. Methods: 94 students were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=47) and the control group(n=47), which came from undergraduate of grade 1-2 in one university, Group psychological intervention was given to the experimental group once a week for 10 weeks. Results: ①Before group psychological intervention, there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the total score of GSES, SAQ and each Factor score; ②After group psychological intervention and back measure, there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the total scores of GSES, SAQ and the score of Self-efficacy; (DBefore and after group psychological intervention, there were significant difference of the experimental group on the total scores of GSES, SAQ and the factor scores of Self-acceptance, Self-efficacy, Conclusion: Group psychological intervention can effectively enhance the students' level of Self-efficacy and Self-acceptance.关键词
