Abstract
Objective To study the effects of transcervical of endometri-al polyps resection(TCRP)and gestrinone combing treatment in endome-trial polyps. Methods A total of 150 patients were randomly divided into three groups; treatment group I (receiving gestrinone bofore TCRP) with 60 cases, receiving gestrinone for 4 weeks; treatment group II ( receiving gestrinone after TCRP ) with 60 cases, receiving gestrinone for 3 months and the control group I with 30 cases were treated by TCRP only. Results The endometrial thickness in treatment group I were less than treatment group II ( P < 0. 05 ). The numbers of endometrial glands near the basal layer in treatment group I was lower than that treatment group II and control group (P < 0. 05 ) . The stromal components in treatment group I were more compactive than treatment group II and control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . No menses rates in treatment group I (72.2% ) was significantly higher than that in treatment group II (23.7%) and control group (13.3%). The endometrial polyps rec-curence in two treatment groups, were less than control group (P < 0. 05) . Conclusion It is significant to reduce endometrial polyps reccurence by TCRP and gestrinone combing treatment in endometrial polyps.关键词
