厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗阵发性房颤的临床疗效
Effects of the irbesartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of amiodarone and irbesartan in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods Seventy - eight cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into treatment group ( amiodarone + irbesartan ) and the control group ( single with amiodarone ) . Taking drugs were by orally and the course was a year. Compared the change of sinus rhythm maintenance rate and left atrial diameter after the treatment in two groups. Results Compared with control group, the sinus rhythm maintenance rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0. 05 ) , the left atrial diameter in the treatment group also significantly reduced than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ).Conclusion Effects of amiodarone and irbesartan in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation to maintain sinus rhythm has better than single amiodarone , and it can inhibit left atrial enlargement.关键词
