Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of bupropion and paroxetine in the treatment of patients with depression. Methods Sixty patients met CCMD - 3 depression diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups treated with bupropion and paroxetine respectively. The efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated at week 1st, 2th, 4th and 6 th after the drug administration. Results The onset times of depressive symptoms improvement in two groups were similar. The decline of HAMD scores was not statistically significant between two groups at the end of 6 weeks. But the adverse reactions of bupropion were less than those of paroxetine. Conclusion Bupropion can improve the treatment compliance of depressive patients.关键词
