Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rosuvastatin and probucol combination on the level of serum high - sentivity C - reactive protein and lipids in acute coronary syndrome ( ACS). Methods Sixty - five ACS -patients were randomly assigned to three groups; rosuvastatin group(10 mg ? D-1) , probucol group(0. 5 g,bid) ,rosuvastatin(10 mg ? D-1) and probucol combined group(0.5 g,bid). All patients were followed up for 8 weeks. Serum level of high sensitivity C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP) , total cholesterol (TC) , triglyceride(TG) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL - C) were measured before and after treatment. Results After 8 weeks treatments, the levels of hs - CRP, TC and LDL - C in three groups compared with before treatment decreased significantly, compared with the single used groups, the combination group decreased significantly ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion The combined treatment with rosuvastatin and probucol yielded better results in lowing the level of hs - CRP and cholesterol in ACS patients.关键词
