Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the treatment effect of recombinant human B-type natriuretic peptides(rhBNP) in cardiac surgical procedures. Methods: Twenty patients undergoing cardiac surgery were administered rhBNP, and they under went Doppler echocardiography and laboratory test. The results were compared with those of 20 patients who didn't take rhBNP. Results: The left ventricular ejection fraction, fractional shortening and cardiac index increased after treatment with rhBNP, while NT-proBNP,cTnT and CK-MB were reduced after treatment with rhBNP. Conclusions: Application of rhBNP can improve heart function of the patients in cardiac surgical procedures.关键词
