肺硬化性血管瘤的CT表现
CT Findings of Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the value of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH). Methods: The clinical data of 18 cases of PSH diagnosed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. All patients underwent multislice computed tomography (MSCT) enhanced examination, 8 cases of them underwent CT scan first. Results: CT revealed a single lesion in all of the 18 PSH cases. The diameter of the lesions ranged from 1. 4 cm to 7. 6 cm, with an average of 3. 5 cm. PSH lesions were round or oval in 14 cases, slightly lobulated in 4 cases. Unenhanced CT scan showed that masses were homogeneous in 15 cases, 2 cases were with flecks of granular calcification, 1 case had air-trapping zone in the margin. All lesions showedheterogeneous enhancement. Conclusion: The CT findings of PSH has some specificity, and enhanced CT was valuable for the diagnosis of PSH.关键词
