摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the surgery method of orbital fat's transplant. Methods We reserved the orbital fat, release the arcuate edge,filled the depression of the orbital eyelid sulcus and the ditch between eye and nose.and increased the thickness of adipose tissue between the orbital septum and orbicularis muscle to strengthen the tension of the orbital fascia. Results There were 37 case,following visit for three to six months after the surgeon,there was one case which orbital fat was less.undercorrection on the depressed area.there are two cases which are overcorrected, reoperation to remove the right amount of fat,other cases are satisfying. Conclusion It is strengthen the tension of orbital anterior wall.ensyre the physiological effect on both inside and outside the orbital,and making more reasonable and the shape more natural on physiology and anatomy,that we reserved the orbital fat and reset the orbital septum in operating.关键词
