摘要
Abstract
Objective To recommend the modified skin soft tissue expansion. Methods Since January 2005, skin soft tissue expansion has been performed in 35 patients with 89 dilators. During skin soft tissue expansion, a pair of micro-incisions was adopted, injection pot was placed outside,meifukang absorbent applicators were used for fixation. Proper expansion solution injection and threshold method combined with the psychological was suggestied to relieve the pain. Early water injection was performed in all patients, and the earliest water injection began on the fourth day after operation. Excess water injection was performed in 21 patients. Results Of the 89 dilators,complication occurred in 4 dilators with an incidence of 4.5% including bleeding in expansion area, dilator seepage, broken catheter and wound disruption. There were no other complicatbns including dilator exposure, catheter obstruction, infection of expansion area and incision. The pain relieved after water injection and the desire results were obtained in all patients. Conclusion During skin soft tissue expansion, a pair of micro-incisions, external injection pot,meifukang absorbent applicators for fixation, proper expansion solution injection,threshold method and the psychological suggestion can reduce complications, shorten the course of treatment and obtain better therapeutic effects.关键词
