颏下岛状瓣修复口腔癌术后缺损的临床应用
The submental island flap for reconstruction of intralal defects in oral cancer patients

Abstract
Objevtive To investigate the clinical application of the submental island flaps for reconstruction of intraoral defects in oral cancer patients. Methods Submental island flap intraoral reconstruction was performed on 8 cases with oral cancer including 5 cases with lingual cancer,1 case with cancer of tongue root,1 case with oropharyngeal cancer and 1 case with mandibular gingival cancer between June 2010 to Dec.2011.Among the submental island flaps,the size of these flaps was from 5.5cmx4cm to 8cm×4cm. Results Six submental island flaps of all the 8 cases in this study were survived and two were failed. The speaking and swallowing of the cases with the reconstruction of submental island flaps were normal, fn all cases, moderately good skin color and texture match was achieved. The donor site recovered well with no hypertrophic scarring and no restriction to neck movement. Conclusion The submental island flap is a useful reconstructive procedure for the intraoral defects of the oral cancer patients.关键词
