摘要
Abstract
Objective From June 2007 to June 2009 ,We visited 40 incomplete repaired cleft palate patients of the 537 hospital dental clinic in the people's liberation army (PLA)which were given modified Lan's operations, evaluating the clinical treatment effect, and they provide the basis for the selection of clinical work procedures. Methods In 40 cases improved method of incomplete bacterium repair cleft recovery after patient voice evaluation analysis, parallel spectrum analysis, measure the first three F1 and F2,resonant F3 data.and 40 patients with normal children controls. Results In the 40 routine speech intelligibility check of the patients,82.5% of children after surgery to 70 points or more; Spectrum analysis at the inspection,F1 value two groups was not statistically different children,F2,F3 between the two groups have significant differences. Conculsion Until now, Lan's operation is still a good way to recover incomplete cleft palate.关键词
