摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of microneedle importing human-like collagen into skin for rejuvenation. Methods Using microneedle roller rolling to-and-fro on 22 cases volunteers'facial skin, human-like collagen was come into the skin and could play its function. To assess its effect by questionnaires for subjective evaluation,and by using visia and softs.5 complexion analysis system for objective evaluation.Include the change of the wrinkle, texture, color, pore, elasticity, moisture, olein, PH value, et al. before and after treatment, respectively. Results All the 22 volunteers were treated by 6 times. It is significant improvement that texture, pores,elasticity.moisture between before and after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Using microneedles roller importing human-like collagen into facial skin was a good treat method of rejuvenation. It provided a new way for larger area rejuvenation.关键词
