窄谱中波紫外线联合中药治疗白癜风的临床疗效对比分析
Observation on the effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine with Narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of vitiligo

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of compound traditional Chinese medicine combined with Narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods 240 cases were randomly divided into two groups, group A were treated traditional Chinese medicine combined with Narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) phototherapy for 9 months, group B were oniy treated traditional Chinese medicine for 9 months. To investigate the efficacy and safety every 3 months. Results Aftert 3, 6, 9 months, the effective rate of group A was 13.33%, 20.51%, 48.25%, and that of group B was 10.28%, 20.00%, 7.27%. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05) after 9 months. Aftert 3, 6, 9 months, the recplour rate of group A was 18.18%, 23.95%, 52.73%, and that of group B was 15.57%, 18.34%,17.77%. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0. 05) after 6 months. No serious adverse events were recorded in both groups. Conclusion Compound traditional Chinese medicine with Narrow -band ultraviolet B is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo, especially in maintaining effects and preventing recurrence.关键词
