Abstract
Objective To determine the efficacy of combination of 308 nm excimer laser and topical tacaicitol in the treatment of child vitiligo on the face. Methods The patients were treated by combination of 308 nrji excimer laser and topical tacalcitol in experiment group for 3 months, while the patients were treated by the 308 nm excimer laser in controf group. The efficacy was evaluated 3 days later after the final treatment. Results The markedly effective rate was 77.3% in experiment group and 52.5% in control group. The statistics difference was significant between two groups (x2= 5.69,P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of 308 nm excimer laser and topical tacalcitol is safe and effective in treatment of child vitiligo on the face.关键词
