Abstract
Objective To summarize clinical experience of reconstruction of facial skin defect by local flap. Methods According to size .shape, location, conditions of surrounding skin, homologous local flap was selected to cover the skin defect, of 60 cases treated.the largest area is 3.50cm x5.0cm. Results All flaps survived, no infection.hematoma and skin flap necrosis happened .All the patients are available for follow-up of 1-12 months.the flaps are matched with the surrounding skin, without obviously scars. Conclusion With proper selection, the operation methods of repairing the facial defect with local flap is simple and satisfactory.关键词
