睑袋整复的术式选择及其适应证探讨

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of different types of blepharoplasty technique on baggy deformities of lower eyelid.for accumulating clinical experience in blepharoplasty. Methods On 632 cases of baggy deformities of lower eyelid,transconjunctival orbital fat removal,partial skin removal,orbicularis oculi musculoplasty.transcutaneous orbital fat removal and reinforcement of supporting structures of lower eyelids.or orbital fat preservation blepharoplasty were used according to patients individual conditions. Results secondary blepharolasty were done in 2 cases with irregular surfaces and 1 case with asymmetrical skin incision,3 cases had ecchymosis and 2 cases had separation of eyelid from eyeball in early stage which completely disappeared later.the others had satisfactory results. Conclusion Patients with saggy deformities are quite different in their cause.age.occupation and expectation for the operation ,most of them could obtain satisfactory results so long as the general condition of patients is evaluated,suitable techniques are used and careful procedures are performed.关键词
