Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Blue-red light and intense pulsed phototherapy combination therapy of acne vulgaris. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into three groups,20 cases in each group. Every group received the consistent treatment means. Aim to evaluate the clinical efficacy for acne vulgaris, compare GAGS score difference among the three groups at the 2 and 4 weeks after the beginning of the treatment. Aim to evaluate the incidence of adverse reactions, We arranged the 30 follow-up investigation of adverse reactions for comparing the difference of their incidence of adverse reactions. At the same time, we compared the change in the quality of life from the self-perception, social and emotional function and the acne symptoms. Results The therapeutic effects in the combination group were significantly as well as the two other groups (P>0.05). However, it has lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05), and shown the more positive results in the self-perception, social and emotional function and the acne symptoms which used to evaluate the quality of life. Conclusion Blue -red light and intense pulsed phototherapy combination therapy had shown more positive results than the others, within the same clinical efficacy, the lower incidence of adverse reactions or the improving quality of life.关键词
