Abstract
Objective To discuss the treatment experience of animal bites in face and neck region. Methods from January 2006 to December 2011,87 cases of animal bites in face and neck region were collected at Department of Otolaryngology of Hami Central Hospital,Xinjiang.Primary debridement were performed, infection prevention and immunization treatment were applied. Results 87 cases were achieved primary wound healing, 10 cases were performed reconstructive surgery,3 case occurred delayed healing for postoperative infection. Conclusion Animal bites in face and neck region should be performed primary debridement;cases with defects, secondary plastic reconstructive surgery were recommend.关键词
