Abstract
Objective To make an comparative analysis of the improved vaginal posterior-wall repair surgery and the vaginal posterior-wall constriction surgery in the treatment of severe vaginal relaxation. Methods 79 patients with this disease were randomly divided into observed group {41 cases) and control group (38 cases), patients in observed group were treated by improved vaginal posterior -wall repair surgery, while others were treated by the vaginal posterior -wall constriction surgery. Analysis The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, length of incision, postoperative wound healing and complications of two groups were analyzed and the improving degree of vaginal relaxation and satisfying degree of sex life were also evaluated after surgery of one year. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss and length of incision between the two groups (P> 0.05), and patients of two groups healed by first intention, and no infection, rectal or urethral injury and other complications were observed. But comparison of the degree of vaginal relaxation and satiafying degree of sex life one year after surgery showed significant differences (P<0.05). wall repair surgery for severe vaginal relaxation was more beneficial to the improvement of vaginal anatomy and function of the comprehensive recovery.关键词
