Abstract
Objective To investigate the method of continuous traction for inverted nipple and the principles we should note. Methods 32 patients of inverted nipple were applied continuous traction with self made wire tractor for 3 to 6 months. The result of treatment and complication were observed. Results 60 tractor of 32 patients were removed and 12 months follow-up was applied. Good shape, feeling and erectile function was acquired, no nipple re-inversion appeared. Conclusion Continuous traction was a good method for all the types of nipple inversion.关键词
