Six-point buried suture approach to correction of double eyelid

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore a simple.effectivejong-lasting .rapid recovery blepharoplasty with buried-suture methods leaving no scar or minimal scar. Methods Tag six incision line in the double eyelid.Remove deep orbicularis muscle and pretarsal tissue.as well as some orbital fat. Suture the dermis and the superficial part of the tarsus. Results 231 patients underwent this technique. Minor swelling on upper eyelid was observed at 3 day postoperation and disappeared after sutures remove.The formation of double eyelid folds is natural and flowing.Follow-up 6 months to 1 year.both doctors and patients have been satisfied with their appearance after their initial surgery.No disappearance or shallow of the formed double eyelids. Conclusion This modified blepharoplasty is a effective technique creating long-lasting double eyelid, which combined the traditional embedding and incisional methods. The results are durable and satisfactory.关键词
