Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 575 psoriasis vulgaris subjects were included in this study. Case group was treated with NB-UVB,combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath. Control group I was treated with NB-UVB only.and control group II was treated with Chinese medical herbs bath only. All subjects were treated with compound pine tar ointment at the same time. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control groups were 86.53% , 61.58% and 76.04% respectively. Both the effects and side effects were distinct difference between the treatment group and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of narrowband UVB combined with traditional Chinese medical herbs bath in psoriasis was superior to the use of NB-UVB or traditional Chinese medical herbs bath, can rapidly reducing the side effects.关键词
