Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of guided bone regeneration in cases with shortage of bone around implants,as well as the more precise evaluative method. Methods 22 implants underwent implanting and bone power was placed into the bone defect area, then covering with absorbable collagenic membrane.Clinical examination, vertical direct measurement, 2D CT and 3D CT were taken during different periods ( before operation,after operation, 6 months after operation )to evaluate the clinical effects. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 months after operation.22 implants demonstrated good integrate condition of new bone in bone defect area and alveolar were well rehabilitated. No obvious bone resorption.The short-term curative effect of the application of guided bone regeneration in bone defect around implants performed well.3D CT measurement showed significantly accuracy than other two measurements (P<0.05). Conclusion It is plausible to solve the problem about bone loss in implantation using guided bone regeneration which can also widen the applications of dental implantation and worth popularizing.关键词
