国产二氧化锆修复体应用于口腔修复3年回顾性研究
Clinical performance of domestic zirconia restoration for fixed dental prostheses: three-year results
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical performance of domestic zirconia restoration for fixed dental prostheses. Methods Regular observation to the 1343 units production of domestic zirconia restoration (from July 2009 to August 2011);AII restoration since the date of cement into observation follow-up. Set up reference line from the restoration placement.After completing check in time to fill out the form, the test results using Wilcoxon rank and test analysis, average observation time for 18 months. Results Observation of domestic zirconia restoration appeared framework fracture, chipping, decementation, abutment pulpitis, etc,but didn't find there exist significant difference (P<0.5),study did not find secondary caries and periodontal pocket depth change.aesthetic evaluation satisfaction. Conclusion Based on three years of clinical observation and research;domestic zirconia restoration can meet the clinical requirements;Study found some questions need to solve in further studies.关键词
