摘要

Abstract

Flax is an important natural fiber crop, and its fiber is also an important raw material for textile industry. So far, there has not been a research report about molecular marker of saline - alkali tolerance for flax. In this study, a saline - alkali tolerant flax variety which was 7000 ha - 1 and a non -tolerant variety which was 05 - 10 were studied to optimize and establish the reaction system of ISSR ma-lecular marker. A stable and effective reaction system has been established, which would be a foundation for screening the primers of ISSR molecular marker and analyzing groups.
