摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To evaluate the therapeutic effect of coblator plasma surgery joint relocation of the inferior turbinate fracture on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. [Methods] 142 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group (72 cases) and control group (70 cases). Coblator plasma joint relocation of the inferior turbinate fracture was used in treatment group and microware was used in control group. [Results] There was significant difference in these two groups between the total response rate (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Coblator plasma joint relocation of the inferior turbinate fracture has remarkable curative effect on chronic hypertrophic rhinitis and is a therapeutic method worthy to extend in clinic.
