Abstract
With the deepening of the investigations, the critical role of microRNA (miRNAs) in the occurrence and
development of colorectal cancer has been established. This paper overviews the relations of up- and down-regulation of miRNAs with colorectal cancer, the influences of the alterations of miRNAs on the diagnosis and staging of colorectal cancer, and the prospects of their possible application in the future.关键词
