胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者血清微量元素含量与化疗耐受力的相关性研究
Correlation of Serum Micronutrients and Chemotherapy Tolerance in Gastrointestinal Cancer Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum micronutrients and chemotherapy tolerance in patients with gastrointestinal cancers. Methods Totally 129 patients with gastrointestinal cancers, who were admitted by Department of General Surgery and Department of Oncology, Putuo Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2011 to January 2012, were recruited. Their serum contents of micronutrients of iron, cuprum, zinc, manganese, chromium, cesium, and cadmium were examined. And all kinds of adverse reactions to the chemotherapy including reactions of general body, digestive system, other systems and total were observed. Univariate analysis of variance and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the correlation between serum micronutrients and chemotherapy adverse reactions. Results Cuprum was of a positive correlation with general adverse reaction; and iron was of a negative correlation with total adverse reaction. At the same time the patient's age, diagnosis and pathological stage of disease were positively correlated with the side effects. And all the correlations were statistically significant (P <0. 05) . Conclusion There is a close correlation between the serum micronutrients and chemotherapy tolerance in gastrointestinal cancer patients, so it can be nutritionally guided and adjusted according to the relevant circumstances to reduce the toxic and adverse reactions, and improve the tolerance of patients.关键词
