湖南省全科医生转岗培训效果的评估研究
Effect of Position Transition Training for General Practitioners in Hunan Province

Abstract
Objective To assess the effect of position transition training in 2010 for general practitioners in Hunan Province so as to provide basis for further standardize the position transition training in the future. Methods The trainees, who participated in the position transition training for general practitioners of Hunan province in 2010 and passed the examination on the operational skills were chosen as the subjects, and a self-designed questionnaire was used for survey. Epidata was taken to establish database, double entry collation was used to arrange database, and SPSS 13. 0 software was used statistical analysis of the database. Results Totally 956 questionnaires were issued, and 893 eligible ones were retrieved, with a eligible retrieving rate of 93. 4% . Among the 893 trainees, 592 (66. 3%) were male and 301 (33. 7%) were female; the average age was 34. 3 years old; and the average working time was 13. 7 years duration. The requirement for training were mainly to master new technology in 652 trainees (73. 0%), to improve clinical operation capacity in 501 (56. 1 %), and to raise the basic theories in 408 (45. 7%). The major achievements from the training ranged in order of increasing clinical abilities of diagnosis and treatment in 606 trainees (67. 9%), extending the thinking approach in 324 (36. 3%), correcting or standardizing the previous knowledge and skills in 247 (27.7%), increasing the operating capabilities in 199 (22. 3%), raising the theoretical level in 188 (21. 1%), and resolving the real problems of working in 107 (12. 0%). There were 862 trainees (96. 5%) who were willing to become a registered general practitioner and 31(3. 5%) who were not. Conclusion To further improve the general practitioner training quality, the popularization of policy and the implementation of supporting measures for general practitioners should be strengthened; the training content should be optimized by taking the demand of grassroots health work as the direction; the construction of the base and the teaching contingent should be enhanced; the training evaluation system of the general practitioner should be established and improved; and the supervision evaluation of training work should be strengthened as well.关键词
