西医诊断技术在现行中医病证诊断及疗效标准中的应用研究
Application of Western Medicine Diagnostic Techniques in Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Diseases and Syndromes in TCM

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and value of western medicine diagnostic techniques in Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Diseases and Syndromes in TCM. Methods Western medicine diagnoses in Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Diseases and Syndromes in TCM issued by State Administration of TCM were extracted and analyzed. Results The " diagnostic evidence" and " therapeutic effect evaluation" criteria in all the nine TCM subjects, and " syndrome classification" criteria in four subjects involved western medicine diagnostic techniques. The " diagnostic evidence" , " therapeutic effect evaluation" , and " syndrome classification" criteria involved with western medicine diagnostic techniques accounted for 77. 3% (307/397), 38. 3% (152/397), and 7. 6% (30/397) of all the diseases, respectively. Orthopedic and traumatic diseases had the highest western medicine diagnostic technique involving rate in " diagnostic evidence" (98.2% , 111/113) and in " syndrome classification" (18. 6% , 21/113), while anorectal diseases had the highest involving rate in " therapeutic effect evaluation" (82. 4% , 14/17). Imaging diagnosis was used for " diagnostic evidence" in 43. 6% (173/397) of the diseases, followed by laboratory diagnosis and physical diagnosis; while physical diagnosis was used for " therapeutic effect evaluation" in 21. 9% (87/397) of the diseases, followed by laboratory diagnosis and imaging diagnosis. X-ray imaging, blood cells analysis and palpation were the most frequently used examination items. Conclusion Western medicine diagnosis techniques are extensively applied in Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Diseases and Syndromes in TCM with difference regarding subjects and purposes. They are becoming increasingly valuable for " diagnostic evidence" and " therapeutic effect evaluation" , but their role in " syndrome evaluation" still needs further validation.关键词
