摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanism and measures for diagnosis and treatment of bronchospasm induced by cefuroxime sodiumr injection so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods The clinical data and successful therapeutic experience of a case of bronchospasm induced by cefuroxime sodium injection were retrospectively analyzed, in combination with the pharmacological properties and adverse reactions of cefuroxime sodium injection, and the relevant reports in literature. Results The bronchospasm induced by cefuroxime sodium injection was due to the increase of bronchial hyperactivity evoked by allergen contained in the drug. The treatments included quickly disaffiliating the allergen, and application of antiallergics and bronchodilators. Conclusion Adverse reactions of cefuroxime sodium injection cannot be ignored. To ensure safe, a careful observation needs to be done as whenever using the drug.关键词
