摘要
Abstract
Clinical data and literature analysis showed that the case of elderly acute myocardial infarction with disturbance of consciousness as initial performance was characterized by painless myocardial infarction or untypical location of pain, probably presenting disorders of cerebral circulation and acute left ventricular dysfunction, similar to performance of acute abdomen, cardiac arrhythmias. Community doctors should attach great importance to its clinical features to improve its diagnosis and treatment, reduce mortality and do well in secondary prevention work.关键词
