代谢综合征与脑白质疏松症的相关性研究
Relationship between Metabolic Syndrome and Leukoaraiosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between metabolic syndrome ( MS ) and Leukoaraiosis ( LA ). Methods 216 patients admitted to neurology department of Huangshan People's Hospital from January 2009 to March 2012 were divided into LA group ( 124 cases ) and non - LA group ( 92 cases ) according to cranial magnetic resonance findings. The frequencies of MS and frequencies of 3 MS components, 4 MS components and 3 or 4 components in the two groups were then analyzed. Based on Fazekas scale, the patients were further divided into mild to moderate LA group with LA from first to second level ( 74 cases ) and severe LA group with LA of third level ( 50 cases ). The frequencies of MS and frequencies of different components of MS were analyzed. Results The frequencies of high blood glucose, high blood pressure, overweight and ( or ) obese, dyslipidemia, frequencies of 3 MS components, 4 MS components and 3 or 4 MS components between LA group and non - LA group showed statistically significant differences ( P <0. 01 ). The frequencies of high blood glucose, high blood pressure, overweight and ( or ) obese and dyslipidemia between mild to moderate LA group and severe LA group showed statistically significant differences ( P <0. 05 ). The frequencies of the patients suffering from 1, 2, 3 or 4 MS components between the two groups also showed statistically significant differences ( u = 6. 09, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Metabolic syndrome and leukoaraiosis are closely related. The more components of MS the patients suffer from, the more serious the LA is.关键词
