社区糖尿病强化管理2年效果研究
Effectiveness Evaluation of An Intensified Community-based Diabetes Management Program in Beijing

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of an intensified community - based diabetes management program in Beijing. Methods Totally 149 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in this study. All these 149 patients were randomized divided into intensified group ( n = 83 ) and standard group ( n = 66 ). Their height, weight, waist circumference, neck circumference, hip circumference, fasting plasma glucose ( FPG ), 2 hPG, triacylglycerol ( TG ), total cholesterol ( TC ), low-density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( LDL - C ), high density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( HDL - C ), hepatic and renal functions, and glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c ) were determined. Results After 24 months of treatment, the FPG, HbA1c, LDL - C, and TC in the intensified group were significantly improved ( P <0. 05 ). The decrease of FPG and HbA1c were significantly larger in the intensified group than in the standard group ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The intensified community - based diabetes management program has improved blood glucose - controlling efficacy and thus can bring more benefit to diabetic patients.关键词
