腹腔镜手术治疗剖宫产术后瘢痕处妊娠的疗效观察

Abstract
Objectives To analyze the curative effects of laparoscopy on cesarean scar pregnancy ( CSP ). Methods Data and treatments of 68 CSP patients admitted from January 2000 to July 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Thirty - seven patients had CSP ( CSP group ), 31 had conservative treatment ( CT group, given intermuscular methotrexate and oral mifepris-tone tablets ). The curative effects were compared between 2 groups. Results The cure rate was higher in CSP group ( 100% ) than in CT group ( 90% ), the difference was significant ( P < 0. 05 ), and the time of serum β - HCG dropping to normal, of menstruation recovering to normal and average hospital stay were lower ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery, safe and effective, recovering better the morphous and function of uterus, is an effective treatment for CSP.关键词
