乙酰乳香酸抑制日本血吸虫虫卵肉芽肿形成及其机制的探讨
Acetyl boswellia acid inhibition of granuloma formation induced by Schistosoma japonicum egg and its mechanism

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate effect of acetyl boswellia acid (ABA) on formation of granulation induced by Schistosoma japonicum egg and its mechanism of action. Six-weeks old SPF level C57 mice were divided randomly into 5 groups: Group A was served as control; Groups B, C, D and E were infected with Schistosoma japonicum cercariae (20 ±2). In 21th day post-infection, mice in Group B was given injection of solvents cyclodextrin intraperitoneally (280 mg/(kg o d)×20 d); Group C without any treatment; Groups D and E were respectively given intraperitoneally ABA 140 mg/(kg o d) ×20 d, 280 mg/(kg o d)×20 d. All the mice were executed after 12 w and the serum was collected. Serum ALT and AST were detected by transaminase kit and serum leukotriene B4(LTB4)was detected by ELISA kit. Middle lobes of liver tissue of mice were fixed and prepared to sections for hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, and the sizes of egg granuloma of the liver were observed. Results showed that levels in ALT, AST and LTB4 in Group E were significantly lower than those in Groups B and C (P<0. 05=, and the levels of ALT, AST and LTB4 in Group D were also lower than those in Groups B and C, but no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05). The size of egg granuloma in Group E was significantly smaller than that in Groups B and C (P<0. 05=. The size of egg granuloma in Group D was smaller than that in Groups B and C, but no statistically significant difference (P>0. 05). In conclusion, one of the mechanisms of inhibition on granulomatous inflammation, the suppression from ABA to the generation of LTB4 , has certain effects of inflammation in Schistosoma japonicum egg granuloma.关键词
