Abstract
Due to the fetal development, placentation and maternal physiological changes, second trimester termination of pregnancy (TOP) is associated with increased risks of complications like bleeding, injury, placental adherence/ remnant and infection. It is of great importance to select the appropriate method for TOP. So the medical history of the patient, a variety of methods for TOP should be reviewed and the possible complications needs analyzed to make good preparations before TOP.关键词
