外阴鳞状细胞癌组织中microRNA表达谱的临床意义
Expression and significance of micro RNA in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate ihe expression and significance of Micro RNA in vulvar squamous ceil carcinoma (VSCC). Methods Between March 2010 and December 2010, 3 patients with VSCC underwent surgical treatment in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were enrolled in this study, whose vulvar cancer tissue were classified into case group, their para - carcinoma tissues were selected as controls. After RINA isolation from the samples, RNA quality and quantity was measured, the miRCURY? Hy3?/Hy5? Power labeling kit (Exiqon, Vedbaek, Denmark) was used according to the manufacturer' s guideline for miRNA labeling. Use a miRNA microarray to analyze miRNA expression in tissues. Results 430 miRNAs was identified differential expression, there was a significant difference in the expression of 42 miRNAs in comparisons between two groups(P<0. 05) ,20 were up-regulated and 22 were down-regulate. Conclusion The expression of miRNA in comparisons between two groups was great difference, We selected from differences in the expression of miRNA ( miR-99 b^miR-211 ,miR-21) , may be used to assess the risk of vulvar cancer accured.关键词
