摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the plasma angiopoientin related growth factor level changes in PCOS patients and its relationship with insulin resistance. Methods we chose 67 PCOS patients as the experimental group and 112 non-PCOS subjects as the control group since March 2010 to March 2011 in the contral Hospital of Cangzhou City. Then we measured the plasma AGF level and endocrine indexes. Results Plasma AGF level in PCOS group is significantly higher than control group (345. 3 38. 6 vs 288. 7 33. 4, P <0. 05) , and insulin-resistant PCOS group is also higher than insulin-resistant PCOS group (350. 9 29. 6 vs 338. 4 ± 31. 6, P < 0. 05). Fasting plasma AGF level correlated negatively with BMI (r =-0. 23, P < 0. 05) , H0MA-IR(r =-0. 19, P < 0. 05). Conclusion evaluated AGF may play a potential role in the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in PCOS patients.关键词
