Abstract
The common causes of perimenopausal vaginal bleeding include: endometrial hyperplasia, en-dometrial polyps and endometrial carcinoma. The common examination methods for diagnosing include B-ultrasound, diagnostic curettage and /or hysteros-copy. Diagnostic curettage is the first choice for the diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia, and hysterosco-py was considered to be the preferred method for diagnosing endometrial polyps because of its high diagnosis rate. If the patient was suspected of endometrial carcinoma , she would be diagnosed by the ways of diagnostic curettage and hysteroscopy examination, the diagnosis can be confirmed and reduced the mis-diagnosis rate effectively. Whether hysteroscopy can cause the proliferation of cancer cells still remains controversial.关键词
