成年大熊猫肠道菌群多样性的16S rDNA-RFLP分析
Research on diversity of intestinal flora in an adult giant panda based on the 16 S rDNA-RFLP

Abstract
To investigate the diversity of intestinal bacteria of giant pandas in Autumn(September to November), the 16 S rDNA of total bacteria was amplified with bacterial universal primer of 16 S rDNA and the 16 S rDNA clone libraries were constructed. The diversity of 16 S rDNA clone library was analyzed by 16 S rDNA-restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) technique. Results showed that the dominant microflora in giant panda's intestine were Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas, Streptococcus and Sphingobacterium. The diversity of bacteria in the intestinal tract of giant panda in September was higher than that in November. Results demonstrated that the technology based on 16 S rDNA-RFLP can be used to the study on diversity of intestinal flora in giant panda.关键词
