羊口疮病毒B2L蛋白二级结构及其细胞表位的预测
Prediction of secondary structure and cell epitopes of B2L protein of orf virus
摘要
Abstract
The secondary structure of B2L protein of orf virus(ORFV) was predicted using the network platform SOPMA server and DNAStar software. The B cell epitopes of ORFV B2L protein were predicted by comprehensive utilization of the DNAStar software, secondary structure prediction and ABCpred program. The cytotoxic T cell and T helper epitopes of ORFV B2L protein were predicted using the artificial neural network(ANNA) and the online program. The results showed that ORFV B2L protein was composed with a-helixes(30.42%) ,random coils(39.68%) ,β-sheet(24.34%) and β-turn(5.56%). And the ORFV B2L protein had 6 B cell epitopes, 3 cytotoxic T cell epitopes and 2 T helper epitopes. The result provided theoretical foundations for the establishment of ORFV diagnostic methods,preparation of monoclonal antibody and development of epitope vaccine against ORFV.关键词
