A clinical interpretation of 2012 American guideline on the diagnosis and management of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
摘要
Abstract
Based on the increasingly growing knowledge of the epidemiology and natural history of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFI.D) .noticeable advances have been made in diagnostic procedures,therapeutic and preventative approaches, and clinical management for NAFLD patients in the past decade. In 2012,the American association for the study of liver diseases , American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Gastroenterological Association issued practice guideline on the diagnosis and management of NAFLD. The paper summarizes key points of this guideline and compare it with other guidelines on NAFLD to assist physicians and other health care providers in the clinical decision-making process.关键词
