摘要
Abstract
Obesity, a risk factor of cardiovascular disease ( CVD ) , may not only contribute to cardiovascular diseases via correlation with type 2 diabetes,hypertension,dyslipidemia and obstructive sleep apnea,but may also impact significantly on the cardiac structure and function, where insulin resistance plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis. Despite the current inconsistency regarding the prognosis of CVD and obesity, well-acknowledged evidence indicated that weight loss in obesity might reduce the risk of developing CVD.关键词
