Method and evaluation of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of early colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
With the development of the endoscopic technology, the scope of the endoscopy application in gastrointestinal tumors is also increasing gradually.The technique of endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), which was developed for en bloc resection of large lesions in the stomach, has been widely accepted for the treatment of the whole gastrointestinal tract. Although ESD has not yet been fully established as a standard therapeutic method for colorectal lesions, the use of colorectal ESD has been gradually spreading with the development of numerous devices. The safety and efficacy of colorectal ESD has been clarified by many studys. It is easier to treated the complication. In the near future, colorectal ESD will be a common therapeutic method for early colorectal carcinoma.关键词
