Abstract
Sepsis is a common complication of surgical patients, with the nature of inter-related and inter-stimulative inflammation and coagulation dysfunction to induce the occurrence of DIC, even MODS and death. Although etiological elimination is the essential strategy in the treatment of sepsis with DIC, medication has certain important role when the primary disease is not under control. Recently, the
experimental and clinical medication researches on the anticoagulation and antiinflammation are processing, and the advances of coagulation monitoring facilitate the development and application of the above medication.关键词
