摘要
Abstract
The construction of comprehensive experimental platform for sugar crystallization is necessary to the experimental teaching of sugar crystallization. The platform is: composed of a nucleation system by cooperation of the organic solvent and the ultrasonic wave and a integrated device for crystallization. Sugar crystallization ander various conditions can be simulated on this platform. Using it, students can master the basic techniques of graining and growing the grain in sugar solution. They can also have practice experience for the recognition of professional knowledge. The platform can create an environment for students to improve quality, widen thinking and increase competitive strength.关键词
