摘要

Abstract

According to the analyses of long-term field measured data, the traction power supply system of Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway has the characteristics of great variation in load amplitude, high overload factor as well as abrupt and intermittent heavy load. The load change of traction power supply system had influence on the measurement of the dielectric loss factor of transformer bushing, and the initial current of transformer bushing wiring equivalent circuit had interference in the measurement accuracy of dielectric loss factor before and after load change. Matlab/Simulink was adopted to simulate the wiring equivalent circuit of transformer bushing, which validated the correctness of the analysis results. Traditional measurement method was improved by introducing the initial current of transformer bushing wiring equivalent circuit to determine correction coefficient. The improved method was used to measure the dielectric loss factor of transformer bushing in substation. Results show that the measured value of dielectric loss factor is stable, reliable and accurate, which is advantageous to the accurate monitoring of the insulation aging of transformer HV bushing.
